Fried Chicken and Waffles

Ingredients:

– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup buttermilk
– 2 tablespoons hot sauce
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 4 waffles
– Butter, for serving

Instructions:

1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

2. In a separate shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, and hot sauce.

3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture.

5. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

6. Meanwhile, prepare the waffles according to package instructions.

7. Serve the chicken and waffles with butter. Enjoy!
